Issuance of Vigilance Clearance Certificate
As per Ministry’s letter No.C13021/3/2014-VIG dated 21.09.2017, Vigilance Branch is issuing Vigilance Clearance Certificates to the officers and staff of the Directorate. However, vigilance clearance in respect of those officers of DGS whose appointing/disciplinary authority is the President are issued by the Vigilance Division of the Ministry of Ports, Shipping & Waterways, New Delhi.
Vide CVC Circular No.06/02/24 dated 23.02.2024, CVC has revised the proforma for furnishing details of officers by the Cadre Controlling Authorities while seeking vigilance clearance.
