Online Applications & Appeals
The online RTI applications are received in the Directorate General of Shipping through the RTI Portal https://rtionline.gov.in/RTIMIS/login/index.php. The Nodal Officer forward the applications through the RTI Portal to the concerned CPIO for online reply. The request then is examined by CPIO and replied in the portal and the same is disposed off. Nodal Officer monitors the timely disposed of the application.
All online Appeals on the RTI replies issued by CPIO, received by the Nodal Officer of RTI Branch, are forwarded to the concerned First Appellate Authority for examination and disposal within the prescribed time limit. Nodal Officer monitors the timely disposal of the Appeals.
