  • Complaints received from candidates w.r.t to concerned MTIs.
6 Upper Division Clerk
  • Work related to MTIs located under the jurisdiction of the PO MMD Mumbai and Kolkata.
  • Drafting of Orders and Circulars as per the instructions of the higher authorities.
  • Annual Fee.
  • Court Cases filed by MTIs of the concerned region.
  • Hindi and QMS report.
  • Work related to IN Transition.
  • Minutes of Meeting.
  • Work related to In-principle presentation and approval.
  • Show Cause Notice of all MTIs irrespective of the regions located.
  • Withdrawal and suspension order of all MTIs irrespective of the regions located.
  • Checking of email on daily basis and replying to queries of the candidates at branch level.
  • Issues related to CET.
  • Handling of request of candidates which are to be resolved by Technical team.
  • File work related to NIMHANS.
  • VIP references w.r.t to MTIs located in the respective branch.
  • Complaints received from candidates w.r.t to concerned MTIs.
