2 Assistant
  • IMO Conventions & Agreements: Processing and examining files related to International Maritime Organization (IMO) conventions, bilateral/trilateral agreements, and Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) with other countries.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Soliciting comments, views, and suggestions from the Directorate General of Shipping (DGS) technical wings and relevant stakeholders.
  • Quarterly Hindi Report: Preparing and submitting quarterly reports in Hindi on activities related to international maritime affairs.
  • RTI/VIP References: Handling RTI applications and addressing VIP references related to international maritime matters.
  • Monthly DO Reply to Coordination Branch: Preparing and submitting the monthly Demi-Official (DO) letter to the Coordination Branch, summarizing updates on international maritime issues.
3 Upper Division Clerk
  • Preparation of proposals of to International Maritime Organization (IMO ) and Non IMO related work.
